Riyadh – Mubasher: The board members of Electrical Industries Company (EIC) greenlighted cash dividends valued at SAR 112.50 million for the first half (H1) of 2024, according to a bourse disclosure.

The company will disburse a dividend of SAR 0.10 per share for 1.12 billion eligible shares.

The board approved the dividends, which account for 20% of EIC’s capital, on 30 July 2024.

Meanwhile, the eligibility and payment dates for the H1-24 cash dividends will be 8 and 28 August 2024, respectively.

In the first six months (6M) of 2024, the company’s net profits jumped by 106.53% to SAR 175.84 million from SAR 85.14 million in H1-23.
